Not only is it a beautiful blue stone with specks of gold, but Lapis Lazuli is one of the precious stones mentionedĀ numerous timesĀ in the bible, including when describingĀ the Garden of Eden andĀ God's Throne Room, and even perhaps the 10 Commandments!Ā ( In some translations, it isĀ referred to asĀ Ā 'sapphire".
