Our stretch bracelets are designed for easy, everyday wear. Like all elastic jewelry, the cord can naturally stretch or wear over time—especially with frequent use or stretching.

We’re happy to support the care and longevity of your bracelet in the following ways:

Complimentary Repairs

We offer complimentary restringing and size adjustments for most bracelets.

• Customers are responsible for shipping the bracelet to us.

• Once received, we will restring the bracelet and ship it back to you.

• Turnaround is typically just a few days after the bracelet arrives.

Discounted Replacement Option

For customers who prefer not to mail their bracelet back, we offer a discounted replacement option.

• A one-time replacement code may be provided so you can reorder the same bracelet style at a significant discount.

• To issue a replacement code, we may request a photo of the broken bracelet to verify the bracelet style and condition.

• Shipping applies, and replacement orders ship right away once placed.

Bracelet Care Tips

To help extend the life of your bracelet, we recommend:

• Rolling the bracelet on and off your wrist rather than stretching it wide

• Avoiding exposure to water, lotions, and hand sanitizer

• Storing bracelets flat when not in use
