WHAT SIZE BRACELET SHOULD I ORDER?

Most bracelets have a Regular or Plus size option.

The regular size bracelets have an approximate inner circumference of 16 cm, and Plus size bracelets have an approximate inner circumference of 18cm. Most of our bracelets are stretch bracelets, so the regular size can accomodate wrists a little less than 16cm up to 17cm, and the plus size can accommodate wrists from 17cm-18cm. 

If you typically purchase a 8-inch bracelet then we recommend ordering the plus size.

An easy way to find out your wrist size is to wrap a string around your wrist and mark where the string meets, then lay it flat next to a ruler to see how long it is and that is your wrist size which is equivalent to our inner circumference measurement.

 

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

Usually orders before 2pm PT ship same day; otherwise next business day shipping. 

We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

Most items deliver within 5-7 days of purchase unless otherwise notated on the product page.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Most items are shipped directly from our Portland, Oregon location.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

Most of the time all items will be received in one package; however, from time to time, items in the same purchase will sometimes be

sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.  The Packing slip included with your package will usually note if any items are to be delivered in a separate package. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
