Returns & Refund Policy

Goods bought from hints for prayerful...pause are meant to make you smile.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from our website you may return it within 60 days from the purchase date in original, unused condition for a full refund (shipping charges excluded).

In order to begin the return process, send an email to CustomerCare@HintsForPrayerfulPause.com stating the following information:

• Customer Name: (the person who purchased the order)
• Order Number:
• Order Date:
• Item being Returned:
• Reason for Return:

Once this information is received, you will be sent a return authorization number and a return shipping address. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Once the returned item has been received and condition verified, a credit will be issued a refund using the same method of original payment. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the refund. Please be advised it may take a few weeks for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

We cannot be held liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
