🌿 Today, I will steady my heart in what He has already spoken

“ Do not let your hearts be troubled.” — John 14:1

Before the cross, at the Last Supper,
Jesus speaks to His disciples about what is coming.

They don’t fully understand it yet—
but everything is about to change.

And into that moment, He says:

“Do not let your hearts be troubled.”

A word spoken ahead of time—
meant to be held onto
when things feel uncertain.

Not because everything will make sense—
but because He already sees what’s ahead.

And His peace meets us there.

PRAYER

Jesus,

When things feel uncertain
or not how I expected—
steady my heart in what You have already spoken.

Help me trust You
even before I understand.

Give me peace
in the middle of it.

Amen.
