Lent is not a season for striving.
It is a season for staying.

On the night before the cross, Jesus asked His closest friends for one simple thing:

“Remain here and keep watch with me.”

This six-week Lenten journey, as we move slowly toward Easter, is an invitation to sit with His words one day at a time and stay close enough to hear His voice again.

As we remain with Him, we begin to understand what it means to remain in Him.

And slowly, gently, we learn to love the way He loved — not by pressure, but by proximity.

You don’t have to do this perfectly.

Just show up.
He will meet you there.

🌿 Why Six Weeks?

Lent is often described as “40 days,” reflecting Jesus’ time in the wilderness. From Ash Wednesday to Easter Sunday, however, there are 46 calendar days. Traditionally, Sundays are not counted in the 40. This journey simply follows each day of the season, beginning on Ash Wednesday and ending on Resurrection Sunday.

🌿 A Quiet Companion

If you would like a tangible reminder to remain during this season, the Remain With Me bracelet was created as a gentle companion for Lent — not as a statement, but as a reminder to return.
