You paused.

You chose intention over impulse.

That matters.

in softened tones,
in patient responses,
in moments when you could react but choose not to.

Today, you chose to let love lead.

Jesus,

Thank you for loving me.

I want to love like you.
Please form Your love in me today.
Where I would react, teach me to pause.
Where I would defend, teach me to listen.
Where I would harden, keep me tender.

Let love shape my tone,
steady my response,
and guide my steps.

Let love be my way.
